Little Ladybugs.

This is my Daughter Tae'lors 2yr Birthday Party she had last year! I was stuck on Ladybugs (even though they make my flesh CRAWL) but the theme is just so Darn Cute, so thats what we went for.

Im not really a picture taker when I get into "Party Mode" I have a tendency to 4get all about the camera so thats why there arent many pics!

This is the lil Ladybug Herself Miss Tae'lor, her tutu was made by LadySew Wise (Thanx Lasandra she still wears it to this day)

This is Little Miss Taryn she wanted 2 celebrate w/ her Big Sis!

Ladybug projects (banks and bracelets). I ordered both from OrientalTrading.com. The headbands were made by yours truly!

Some of the banks after! The kids were a bunch of little Picasso's they had fun w/ these banks. After they were done my husband sprayed some gloss on them to make em' shine it worked out GREAT!!

This was a little game we played called Ladybug in my Garden. There was a hidden ladybug on the back of 1 of the flowers, I gave all the kids a ladybug sticker to stick on a flower and whoever found the ladybug was the winner.

A Few decorations. For the bags and cups I bought some Red stickers and stuck em all over each one!

This party was fun to do the sad part is Daddy left the next day (July 4th) headed to Iraq! But the good news is he will be back in time this year for yet another GREAT EXTRAVAGANZA!!!

Teahnna's Place!

Well Mission Teahnna's Birthday Party was a complete SUCCESS and I am no longer stressed about the party WHEW!! As promised I said I was going to post pictures from this most GLORIOUS EVENT and that is what brings me here tonight! I hope you all ENJOY and please feel free to comment and I wouldn't mind at all if you became a follower!

It all started w/ an Invitation ( please excuse my photography skills)...I did some in green and some in purple! The green ones are my FAVORITE!!

I also tried my hands in a little tutu making! I had fun doing this ( I went for the long look being that this was more of a formal event)! I will definitely be making more of these in the near future!

I then made candy bags that were fit for a princess!

I thought that the tags just made the bags standout just a little more
At the last minute I realized that I didnt have a cupcake tier stand and the Moolah maker of the house said that I was all tapped out on birthday cash ( teehee love u babe) so I used some old platters, an old vase, a little spray paint and a WHOLE LOTTA GLUE. And I came up w/ this ADORABLE (if I do say so myself) Cupcake Stand and I only spent 5 whole buckaroos (patting myself on the back).

I then put the old (not to old) noodle and my beloved Cricut to work and cut out these adorable frog prince cupcake picks!!

This is my very first candy bar and I am SUPER HAPPY on how it turned out! Do you see my cute little cupcake stand ;) ?

This is how the rest of the decor panned out and yes I made those centerpieces also!

The next few pics are of my 7 yr old Teahnna and her princess friends and my 2yr old Tae'lor who also got to enjoy her big sisters party! You can kind of see how the tutu came out ( Tae'lor is wearing it ) I love how she made it her own w/ her pink converse that she picked out herself (She is such a little rock star)!

How can I not talk about the Special Guest herself  Princess Teahnna. I want to thank Lady Sew Wise for the Beautiful dress and headpiece YOU DID AN AMAZING JOB!!

At the end of the day I had soooo much fun planning this party for my little girl ( Even though I did have a case of "Eventers Block" (giggling @ self))  and I hope that she will truly remember this for the rest of her life seeing this smile makes it all Worth it....I love you Teahnna and don't ever forget it!!

Military Woes!

I know its been a couple of days since I wrote but Im back! I have been running around like a chicken w/ its head cut off getting ready for this party on Saturday, Like I stated before I had "Eventers Block" and I think Im still having it a little! But I really think my real problem is, is that I am missing my husband like CRAZY right now!! I thought I would be able to get through this deployment ( being that it is my 4th one ) w/ no problem. That it would go by so quickly I wouldnt have gave it 2 thoughts that he was deployed. But boy was I WRONG!! It seems like the days are just dragging on and on and on. I try and keep myself busy but its just not working this time. I believe in my heart this is the reason why Im having "Eventers Block", because my best friend isnt here to enjoy it w/ me! Because he isnt here to support me,because he isnt here to move this here and put that there (I can be a little bossy sometimes...teeheee) but I know he is over there fighting for his country and most importantly his FAMILY!! I just wish he would hurry home to us because we (ESP ME) Miss Him So Much!! Love You Babe You are OUR HERO!!
