Birthday Card

 Hey Diva's, How are you guys today?  I have a quick post I wanted to share w/ you guys this evening so I hope you guys enjoy it! My friends little boy just turned 4 on last week so we ( Crew Member 3 and I) decided to make him a birthday card! I called my friend and asked what were some things that he was into this year and she said Basketball and Dinosaurs! Once she said it I knew exactly what I wanted to do ( don't you just love it when that happens)!!

I used K Andrew Stamps for my Sentiment. As stated a million times before I LOVE K ANDREW Stamps!

I had to draw the lines on the basketball because for some reason the image was just acting up.

I'm so pleased with how it came out! Boys cards are usually hard to do but I think this one came out really well. Well that's it like I said this was going to be a quick post lol!

My Sheri Crafts Challenge # 72 All About Sports!!

Hey Diva's! How has your weekend been so far? For me it's just one of those days where I don't want to do anything but watch movies and maybe get some crafts in so we will see! I am challenging myself to get a scrapbook page done so guys keep your fingers crossed lol!

So today starts a new challenge over @ My Sheri Crafts this week's theme is All About Sports! Our Guest Designer this week is Wendy from Wendy Made stop by and check out her Awesome Card!! As you guys know the hubby is @ training in the great state of TX right now, so that means he is going to miss Halloween :( this makes 2yrs in a row he has missed Halloween due to work (GO ARMY lol)  we usually dress up as a family and take the kids out but because he is gone he won't be able to dress up w/ us, So I decided to make this card for him. Being that he is in TX with our Favorite Football Team GO COWBOYS and its Halloween, I wanted to mix the two together and this is what I came up with:

Isn't little Frankie just the cutest!! The 5 Stars represent how many Championship Rings we have and the one on the side represents the one we are going to WIN this Season...Woo Hoo!!

This is my first Center Step Card and I love how it came out! I found the tutorial on say it with  me "YOUTUBE" lol, the video I watched was by Alex from You had me @ Craft and it was really easy! But anyway come join in on the fun over @ My Sheri Crafts with us I can't wait to see all the Creative projects you guys come up with! Football Card!

Hello Diva's! How have you All been doing? I have been busy busy with School just starting Tuesday and getting back into a routine. Today is Crew Member 1's Birthday he is 13 today :( I was so sad when I went in his room this morning to sing Happy Birthday 2 him ( on their birthdays I wake them up and serenade them w/ the Happy Birthday song they just smile and laugh!). Anyhow I didn't have time to get his card made before this morning but I just finished it so he will get it as soon as he gets home! I had a hard time on figuring out what to do because I wanted to tie in his 3 most favorite things (besides me lol) Football ( he has been playing since he was 6yrs old and he is very good @ it), Video games ( what 13yr old doesn't), and Snickers lol! But they all just didn't seem to come together like I wanted! So I seen this sketch design over on Skipping Stones Designs that I really liked so I went with it ( I am beginnig to really LOVE these Sketch Design Challenges)!!

I wanted it to really look like a football field so the numbers on the side represent his birthday 09-08-11 like yard lines.

Birthday Cupcake Card

So I made another card and guys I would like to say that I think I am starting to get addicted to this card making thing :) the hubby is sooo supportive and I just love him for that he just bought me some better quality inks for stamping yayyyy!! So I wanted to share this card that I am going to enter into the Birthday Sundae Cakes and Cupcakes Blog Hop you guys should check it out its such a fun Hop! I had some cupcake picks left over from my friends son's birthday party I had made for her and that's where the "Rockstar" cupcake came in I had this stamp that I had bought from michael's about 6mts ago that I always wanted to use but never had the chance so it was perfect! My cupcake and glasses are both cut from Create a Critter and I embossed the cupcake w/ my cuttlebug using the Robotz folder. The guitar is cut from Life's a Party, I used American Crafts and Bazzill for all my paper.

Parties and Baby Showers Galore!

Its been a long time since I have placed a post! I have been super busy w/ baby showers, birthday parties and my husband arrival from Iraq and btw he is HOME yayyyy super happy! I decided to put a couple of pics up of some of the baby shower and birthday items I did! They are now for sale on Etsy (if your imterested you can find them under letilliaslaughter on etsy.com). I have a lil grace period from baby showers and birthday parties for now so maybe I can get a little scrapbooking and card making done! Cupcake Toppers and Banner I did for friends that are awaiting to find out gender of baby! They are doing a monkey theme so I added little monkies on the toppers and banner I also did a couple of other things but like you already know Im not  great picture taker once Im in "Party Mode."

                                                

A Sid the Science Kid Party Banner for my friends 5yr old son! This was a lot of fun to make! You won't be able to find this on etsy.

A western themed party for my BFF's son who will be turning 7. His party isnt until July 2nd but she lives in VT so I had to mail this to her! Im hoping they Love It!!
