SOC Breast Cancer Awareness Blog Hop

Helllo All and Welcome to the SOC Blog Hop for Breast Cancer.  October is Breast Cancer Awareness month! So in honor of this event--I, along with some talented crafters, have teamed up to honor and celebrate the men and women in our lives that inspire us with their strength in the battle against Breast Cancer.

I to will be offering blog candy and I will tell you how to become eligible for that in a minute but first let's get to my project.  I decided to make a card for a lady at my husband's job who just became diagnosed w/ Breast Cancer. She is fighting the Good fight and doing it w/ smiles all the way, I wanted to let her know that the Slaughter Crew has her in our prayers and we have her back through this tough time in her life.

I love making the criss cross card, and I thought it would be a perfect card to make for a time like this. Because the way it criss crosses reminds me of how the pink ribbon that represents Breast Cancer Awareness criss crosses!

Gumball Machine

Hey Diva's! So it's been about a week or so since I have posted a project but guys I have been totally SWAMPED around the home front! But I'm back Thank Goodness I missed my craft room and all you guys. I wanted to share with you guys this Super Cute Gumball Machine I made. I seen the idea @ Kara's Party Ideas  I'm telling you guys if you LOVE THEMED PARTIES as much as I do you are going to LOVE this site she has the BEST party ideas!! I decided to make this because I am so into the candy bar's that are really happening right now and this little cutie will definitely find it's way on my next candy bar, I LOVE how it came out it was SUPER SUPER EASY to make, just click the Recipe Link it will tell you exactly what materials to use. The only thing I changed for mine was the size of the machine! When it's not being put to use @ parties I will keep it on my file organizer in my craft room, so I can have a sugary snack to keep me awake during late night crafting :) I just ordered some Gumballs to place in it, and the Crew is just itching to get into it lol but I think I'm more excited than they are (Eeekk)!!

Scraps of Color Breast Cancer Blog Hop

Hey Diva's! How have you all been doing? I wanted to drop in and let you all know that I will be participating in my 1st Blog Hop on October 7th-10th! Quick Project 2!

Hey Diva's! Just wanted to drop in and show you what I did to my ATG I just bought! 1st off let me say that I picked this gun up @ Michaels when they were having that Huge SALE I was telling you guys about here. It was regularly 34.99 and I bought it for 19.99 how about that!! Ok now about the painting, as most of you know these ATG guns come in Pink and that is all the rave for pink lovers! I am a girly girl but I wasn't Loving the pink gun plus it didn't go with my craft room decor which is Red, Black,White and FABULOUS lol!!

Recipe:

Scotch ATG

Can of Spray Paint (Any color you want)

Blue Painters Tape

Screwdriver 

Bling

My husband is the one who painted it for me. All he did was wrap the clear plastic part in painters tape he used a screwdriver to take the tape rollers off and he sprayed it. After it dried I used some Zebra print Bling that I have had for a couple of months ( I was going to use it to bling my cricuts and cuttlebug) but hadn't used it yet, and VOILA my DIVALICIOUS ATG!! I am TOTALLY in Love w/ it and now I'm ready to paint and bling EVERYTHING lol!!

Link Up Love Party w/ K Andrew

Hey Divas!! I'm glad you guys stopped by today because I wanted to let you know that I am joining the Link Up Love Party with K Andrew and I think you should do the same! The link up love party is a way to get to know each other and find new blog inspiration, you can join us by going to Kristal's blog  Getting Cricky , I believe this is going to be Lots of Fun and there will be So much LOVE spread around can't get any better than that. This months theme is Fall/Halloween and we are asked to post our favorite project in that theme. I decided to post these little boxes that I am working on for crew members 2 and 3 Halloween parties @ school and I wanted to kind of start early as I will have to make about 50! This is my very 1st 3D Box I have created and I'm proud of how they are turning out!!

Baby Shower

Hey Diva's!! How have you guys been doing, Great I Hope! As I was going through my pictures I realized that I hadn't post the pictures from my cousin's baby shower I gave her so that's what I am here for today! Now I want you guys to forgive my picture taking but I totally FORGOT to take pictures of my stuff once I finished and if you have been followimg me for awhile you know that when I am in "Event Mode" the camera is Totally forgotten about lol! So needless to say please forgive the quality of the pics!!   

One of the games we played (there are another set of bags that spell out BABY), the object is to guess what is in the bag that begins with the coordinating letter (all baby items related) ie: O= Onsie.
